Thank you for choosing Coin.TopupPK.pk. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold on Coin.TopupPK.pk are digital goods (TikTok Coins).

Once the coins are successfully delivered to the provided TikTok ID, the order is considered completed and non-refundable.

Digital products cannot be returned or reversed once delivered.

2. Incorrect Information Provided by Custome

Customers are responsible for entering the correct:

  • TikTok username / ID
  • Payment details
  • Contact information

If incorrect details are provided and coins are delivered to the wrong account, we are not responsible for refunds or recovery.

3. Failed or Delayed Orders

If:

  • Payment is deducted
  • Coins are NOT delivered within the promised time

You must contact our support team within 24 hours with:

  • Payment proof
  • Order details

After verification, we will either:

  • Complete the delivery
    OR
  • Issue a refund (if delivery is not possible)

4. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment:

  • Contact us immediately
  • Provide transaction proof

After verification, we will process a refund for the extra payment.

5. Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel any order
  • Refuse refund

If fraudulent, suspicious, or unauthorized activity is detected.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within:

3–7 business days

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible.
